Time is a melody, eleven years of elegance.
Amid the golden autumn, a season of refreshing breezes and bountiful harvests, Shanghai Yinong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. celebrates its eleventh anniversary.
To mark this significant milestone, we chose a distinctive way to commemorate it—retracing the steps of our third-anniversary team-building hike along the Huihang Ancient Trail. This journey was not only a revisit of cherished memories but also a profound reflection on and tribute to the company’s remarkable growth over the years.
Embarking: Setting Out Toward the Ancient Trail Once More
On the morning of September 7th, the team gathered at the company’s main entrance. After a four-hour journey by road, we arrived at our destination. Equipped with gear and warmed up, the team officially embarked on the expedition along the Huihang Ancient Trail.
The trek began at the "First Pass South of the Yangtze" on the Huihang Ancient Trail. Under the blazing sun and along rugged mountain paths, every team member kept pace with the group, offering mutual encouragement and support as we advanced together.
Challenge: Forging Ahead Side by Side, Overcoming Adversity Together
The Huihang Ancient Trail, an age-old trade route steeped in millennia of history, winds through towering mountains and rugged ridges, bearing witness to the footsteps and stories of countless travelers.
One may walk fast alone, but together, we journey farther.
Rugged paths, relentless challenges — yet these very trials forged stronger bonds. Together we persevered, supporting and inspiring one another through sweat and laughter, deepening camaraderie and proving "unity is strength."
Just as over eleven years of market shifts, we’ve stood shoulder to shoulder, weathering every storm and welcoming each dawn as one.
Ignite: Bonfire Night, Passion Unleashed
As night fell and stars dotted the sky, a warm bonfire gathering began.
Gathered around the roaring flames, everyone shared stories, laughter, and songs weaving into the most beautiful melody. In that moment, all weariness faded away, leaving only heartfelt emotion and warmth.
Onward: Prepared and Pressing Ahead
After a night's rest, we geared up and embarked on the second leg of the Huihang Ancient Trail journey.
Though shorter than the first day's route, the path was far more challenging—winding, rugged, and often perilous, with narrow trails skirting steep cliffs. Yet every team member pressed on fearlessly, united in determination to persevere.
Step by step, we advanced side by side — forging ahead on the same path, we became one another's most trusted companions. As the team gathered at Lantian Ao, the highest point of the Huihang Ancient Trail, we looked back and saw nothing but sunlight stretching behind us.
Only through persistent ascent, upon reaching the summit and reflecting on the journey, could we truly grasp the boundless beauty before us.
The two-day, one-night 11th anniversary team-building event has now concluded successfully, thanks to the active participation and collective effort of all team members. This activity was not only a physical challenge but also a profound integration of minds and teamwork. It has deepened everyone's understanding of our corporate culture: "Continuous Learning, Pioneering Innovation, Fearless Resilience, and Heartfelt Responsibility."
