  Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Shanghai Fengxian's "Oriental Beauty Valley"—a vibrant hub known as the Silicon Valley of the health and beauty industry—Yingcai Bio-Technology has rapidly grown into an integrated OBM/ODM cosmetics manufacturer specializing in R&D, production, and sales.

  We provide customized solutions for global beauty brands, offering end-to-end services including raw material development, formula design, efficacy testing, regulatory registration, and production trade. Our factory strictly complies with international standards such as ISO 22716 and GMP, and meets regulatory requirements across China, Europe, the USA, Saudi Arabia, and other regions.

  To date, we have served over 2,000 clients, developed more than 10,000 proven formulas, and hold over 80 patents. Our annual production exceeds 180 million color cosmetics items, including lipsticks, lip glosses, foundations, and powders.
